History
Grosse Pointe Dermatology has a rich and long
history serving generations of families in the Grosse Pointes
and the greater Detroit metropolitan area. Dr. Judith Lipinski
and Dr. David Balle offer the most up-to-date medical and cosmetic
treatments, while carrying on the long tradition of caring and
patient service started by practice founders, Dr. Lee Carrick
and Dr. Myron Barlow.

Judith T. Lipinski, M.D.
Dr. Lipinski graduated from Wayne State University School of
Medicine and completed her residency in Dermatology at Wayne
State University School of Medicine. She is a Diplomate of the
American Board of Dermatology. She is on staff at St. John,
Beaumont Grosse Pointe and Cottage Hospitals, and is a Clinical
Instructor at Wayne State University Medical School.
David S. Balle, M.D.
Dr. Balle graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine
and completed his residency in Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital
where he served as chief resident. He is a Diplomate of the
American Board of Dermatology. He is on staff at St. John, Beaumont
Grosse Pointe and Cottage Hospitals, and is a Clinical Instructor
at Wayne State University Medical School.
